Donation information is submitted directly to the campaign’s third-party contribution processor and is subject to that processor’s privacy practices and applicable campaign-finance reporting requirements.
How we use information
We may use submitted information to:
- Respond to questions and requests;
- Coordinate volunteers, events, endorsements, and yard signs;
- Send campaign news, voting reminders, or other updates when you consent;
- Maintain website security, prevent spam, and troubleshoot problems; and
- Meet legal, reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance obligations.
Email and text-message consent
If you choose to receive campaign email or text updates, the committee may contact you at the information you provide. Consent is optional and is not a condition of volunteering or supporting the campaign. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from email using the instructions in a message or opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
When information may be shared
We may share information with campaign staff, authorized volunteers, professional advisers, and service providers that support website hosting, form processing, communications, security, compliance, or campaign operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or campaign-finance rules, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and website integrity.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for campaign operations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and recordkeeping.

Hosting and security providers may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and access times.
